Croker Construction actively undertakes several projects concurrently and has an abundance of experience in multi-tasking several civil construction projects simultaneously. Croker Construction aims to work profitably with all our clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities by effectively coordinating work activities between the various parties. Efficient management of operations ensures a seamless transition between projects and stages, so that personnel, plant and equipment usage is maximised and project overheads are reduced to ensure successful delivery of all projects undertaken.
Where required Croker Construction utilises the additional services of a localised casual workforce and engages specialist subcontractors for certain work packages and overflow works.
Every project has subtle differences which require distinct specific methodologies to be deployed, and this makes the work uniquely demanding and challenging. Croker Construction partners with specialised subcontractors to carefully match the projects requirements and client expectations to a viable solution that will produce the best outcome for the client, the environment and the local community. Open communication is promoted between all parties in the preparation of site-specific Management Plans. The project specific Management Plans are followed precisely by all project personnel.
Croker Construction recognises the impact that construction activities have on local communities in both “brown” and “green” field developments. Through senior management, the Company promotes the importance of regular liaison between all key stakeholders and affected external parties. Through endorsing productive input from all interested parties, this collaboration enables key milestones to be consistently achieved, resulting in the intended outcome for the client.
