Croker Construction (WA) Pty Ltd operates an industry standard fleet of equipment of specialist, low hours, high efficiency machines that are maintained to meticulous standards. All plant and equipment is backed up a fully equipped workshop at our Maddington Workshop and the company’s own fuel, grease and oil service delivery service.

Machinery is only hired on an as required basis, either wet or dry hire. Plant may be hired to replace resources undergoing scheduled maintenance and unscheduled emergency repairs. Before plant is hired, the supplier or subcontractor must be approved by Croker Construction’s Finance & Administration Division and must be able to demonstrate that the plant is fit for use and meets our required standards. In the case of wet hire plant, the operator must also be able to demonstrate competency in the operation of the specific type of machine, prior to commencement.
